If you haven’t heard of a Maple Creamee, you’re not alone. This Vermont specialty is akin to traditional soft serve with the addition of Green Mountain gold (maple syrup). I was inspired to make a pair of Tea Trays in Maple to commemorate my favorite fall treat.

Built from solid Curly Maple, these trays feature mitered joinery with angled splines. They’re finished using a wood bleach which helps remove the yellow tones naturally found in Maple to help achieve that creamee look.
